I came up with this recipe whilst thinking really hard about how to disguise adding great nutrients from vegetables into some delicious tasting food. This is a really great recipe for those parents who struggle to get their kids to eat vegetables as you can’t even taste the broccoli and its full of vitamins and minerals. Anyway broccoli is full of vitamin C, A and B6 so plenty of great reasons to be eating this vegetable.
Makes about 8 balls
You will need:
4 x Majool dates (soaked over night or 1 a 2 hours)
1/2 Cup cashews nuts
20g Raw broccoli florets
1/4 Cup coconut
1/8 Cup pumpkin seeds
3 Tbsp raw cacao
1 Tbsp coconut oil
2 1/2 tsp Raw maple syrup
